REFUND PROTOCOL

01. WHO THIS APPLIES TO
This policy covers paid Crossfyre subscriptions purchased from Clickswave Labs Private Limited, Vadodara, Gujarat, India. Payments are processed by Razorpay. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
02. CANCELLATION
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops all future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which it is not renewed and no further charge is made.
03. 7-DAY REFUND WINDOW
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of a payment. This applies to the first payment of a new subscription and to each renewal charge. To qualify, the request must reach us within 7 days of the charge you are disputing.
After the 7-day window, payments for the current period are non-refundable, and cancelling stops billing from the next cycle onward. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time outside the window.
04. EXCEPTIONS
Refunds may be declined where we find evidence of fraud, abuse of the refund process, or use that breaches our Acceptable Use Policy. Where a charge is a clear duplicate or billing error on our side, we will refund it in full regardless of the window.
05. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the payment date and the reason. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Razorpay, and typically reach you within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
